Dr. Nina Hubig is a core member and data scientist for the development of process mining within BMW AG. The processes are to be made visible, linked and improved by machine learning across all departments. She holds a doctorate from the Technical University of Munich in the field of “Analyzing and predicting large vector-, graph- and spatio-temporal data”. Besides the development of new clustering and classification methods, the further development of the main memory database Hyper (today part of Tableau) was part of the promotion. As an active member of BMW’s Connected Culture Club, she is very interested in transformation and cultural change.
