Dr. Stefan Meinzer is responsible for advanced analytics in the BMW Group’s EMEA regions. Prior to that, he worked in the aftersales department of the Volkswagen Data:Lab. In this position, Dr. Meinzer led numerous projects in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning for the 12 automobile brands of the Volkswagen Group. Parallel to his professional career, he completed his doctorate at the Research Association of Computer Science and Psychology of the Medical Faculty Erlangen-Nuremberg. Mr. Meinzer writes a large number of publications on digital change in the automotive industry and the use of methods from the field of machine learning as a competitive advantage.
